We are inundated with seasonality: restaurants are hurrying to be the first to offer spring vegetables or limited seasonal items, while publications, influencers and brands are trying to convince us that you are a failure in as a drinker. adapt your drink to the exact date of the calendar and to the weather conditions.
Still, with cocktails, is not it the idea that they are nice whatever the time of year? Is not that why we're infusing alcohol with different flavors, or even distillates in the first place, so we can have it at any time? Or are you crazy if you drink a Hot Toddy in summer or a Piña Colada in winter?
